Louis Cruise Line and Thomson Cruises Swap Ships.

Starting in May Thomson Cruises will end it charter of the Thomson Destiny, The ship will be returned to Louis Cruise Line. Louis Cruise Line will operate the Thomson Destiny on 3 and 4 Day cruises from Piraeus.

In return, Thomson will charter the Louis Majesty starting in May. The ship will be renamed the Thompson Majesty and assume the itineraries originally planned for the Thomson Destiny.

Louis Cruise Line Cancels Louis Majesty Winter Program.

Louis Group, which oversees Louis Cruises, has decided not to deploy the Louis Majesty out of Genoa and Marseilles this coming winter.

The Louis Majesty will complete its current cruise programs out of Greece until the end of the summer/fall season. The Louis Majesty will then undergo her annual maintenance and dry docking. The Louis Majesty will resume her sailings from Piraeus in March 2012.
