May 29, 2009 - Costa Crociere signed an agreement with Spanish Tour Operator Orizonia to acquire complete control of Iberocruceros.In 2007, Costa purchased a 75% interest in the cruise line.
Iberocruceros operates three ships, the Grand Mistral, Grand Celebration and Grand Voyager, with a total capacity of 4,500 berths.
The deal is subject to ratification by the Spanish Anti-trust Authorities.
